Request Processing

Timeline

  • Acknowledgment: Within 1-2 business days
  • Processing: Within 30 days (may be extended to 60 days for complex requests)
  • Response: Via email to the address provided in your request

Verification

To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing requests. We may ask for:

  • Account details or username
  • Proof of identity (government ID required for deletion requests)
  • Verification questions about your account activity

Authorized Representatives

You may authorize a third party to make a request on your behalf. We require:

  • Written authorization signed by you
  • Contact information for your representative
  • Proof of your identity and the representative's authority

Data Categories We Collect

When you request access, we will provide:

Account Information

  • Account creation date and activity history
  • Profile information and preferences

User-Generated Content

  • Reviews and ratings you've posted

Usage Data

Deletion Requests

What Will Be Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove:

  • Your reviews and contributions (with attribution removed)
  • Your discussion threads and comments

What Cannot Be Deleted

  • Reviews posted anonymously (we cannot link them to you)
  • Content already shared with third parties

Correction Requests
