Horrible service. I knew exactly which boot I wanted and the size. Store was very busy so waited for an associate who was on phone at the counter clearly on a personal call. I waited as long as I could and she disregarded me and another customer who was also waiting. Walked out.
Had the BEST experience at this Tecovas, my first time buying boots from here and I was so excited. The people were so kind and that made the whole experience 10 times better. Will be back 😊🤩
