Sunrise Condominium Association

Sunrise Condominium Association is a community of 442 individually owned condominium homes. Many owners live onsite, others occupy their condos seasonally, and some rent their condos to others. Short term rentals (less than 30 days) are not allowed. Sunrise is a beautiful, quiet community located near the multi-use path, the Scottsdale greenbelt, Continental Golf Course, and Old Town Scottsdale. The Valley Metro bus has stops in front of the community along Hayden Rd. Dogs are allowed but must be smaller than 40 pounds. Only two pets per unit are allowed. Each unit is assigned one covered and numbered parking space. We are professionally managed by The Management Trust. We have a full-time property manager on-site, and 24/7 virtual support.
