Our beautifully constructed Old Town Scottsdale location has the independent beauty professional in mind featuring 25 salon suites and spa studios for rent, perfect for hair stylists, estheticians, eyebrow artists, eyelash artists, barbers, massage therapists, makeup artists, nail technicians, spray tanners, and more. What are the rental costs and what is included? Our rental costs depend on the size of the studios and includes cabinets, shampoo bowls or utility sinks, styling chairs, and mirrors. The studio costs increase $10 per year as the cost of our lease increases each year.
