Lorenzo and the entire Guru team did a tremendous job. They were easily to deal with. They were on top of the entire process and I had my new travel trailer windshield installed in less than two weeks.

We had an accident in Key West and called for help. Nickie was amazing. She reached out almost everyday (even when she was off) to make sure everything went smooth and we got our windshield replaced on time. The entire team worked through insurance delays, logistics challenges, and supply issues to make sure we got the install before our reservation ended and we had to move our motorhome. They truly are Gurus!

Had a windshield replaced and they came to thek park that I was staying at to do it. Micki, who is the contact at RV GLASS GURU was a great help. She walked me through everything and took care of the insurance claim for me. I hope that I nevrer need her help again but only because I don't want another cracked window.

One of the guys from the Lorenzo group kept in touch with me the whole time. They arrived on time. I highly recommend them; they did a great job, super clean, and very fast. I found other companies very easy to work with, and they were the only ones who helped me.
