I take customer service very seriously, as that is what keeps a small family owned/operated business like ours thriving.
Jake and his team installed the stage 2 Ironman Foam Cell Pro kit on my 5th gen 4runner and did a fantastic job. Not to mention at a very reasonable price (much better than what I was quoted elsewhere). Super accommodating as well around my schedule. Thanks again!

If you are looking for anything jeep or off road related just know that Outlaw Jeep and truck has you covered in any way. Just bought a jeep gladiator and was looking for a shop for all of my lift/accessory needs. Called Outlaw, talked to Jake and knew right away that this was the only place I was now willing to let work on my new rig. From A level customer service to all the employees making you feel welcomed and worry free I just got my Truck back and man can I tell you everything was done to perfection. Rides like a dream and having that peace of mind knowing it was done right is all you need sometimes. All in all thank you to the Outlaw jeep and truck family there is many more parts to come.

I walked in here off the street to buy a set of tires as a surprise for my husband. The crew walked me through what he'd like and even sent me home with a tire to surprise him. They were fast and efficient--even flexible with what my husband wanted versus what I had ordered. We ended up going two feet in with quite a few other upgrades. We are so pleased with our results. A few months later, another upgrade they had not done for us, the side step, malfunctioned and they jumped on righting it for us. What a pleasure to work with people who want us to have as much fun in a nice vehicle as we do.

I bought a new 2025 Toyota Tundra Platinum with 3" lift and leveling kit. I was looking to have the off-road look but keep the luxury. I wanted the biggest tire possible while keeping my rims, a set of running boards and possibly lighting. I'm 62 y/o so I'm not looking for the mean off-road look with all the bells and whistles. I just want to do light off-roading like trails and rock crawling. Jake helped me out and I had the best customer service possible. I got Toyo 34.5" tires. He anticipated that I'd have to trim the front wheel wells. Didn't need the trim, but I wouldn't have known if he decided to trim it. My truck came with 20" rims but the spare tire had an 18" rim. He had already received the five tires and we talked about possible solutions. Get the same tire for an 18" rim or buy a 20" rim. Even though he already had the spare tire for the 20" rim he still gave me a choice. I ended up buy-in a used 20" rim. This allows me to rotate all five tires and not have to worry about driving my truck with an odd looking tire if needed. When I got the rim, I called Jake and he said bring it in and we'll take care of it for you right now. I took it in and a half hour later I was happy! I selected a really nice running board (Go Rhino) and a couple days later I changed my mind after he already ordered it as I upgraded to the bed liner coating. No problem! This running board looks great as it's tucked in tight to the door so it doesn't stick out so much. On top of this great customer service, Jake gave me a military discount... Bingo!!! I didn't have to wait when I dropped off my truck for these services. My truck was ready as promised. I highly recommend Outlaw. Especially, after shopping around. I will definitely refer Outlaw to anyone looking to upgrade their truck. Thank you Jake and Outlaw for taking care of my truck!
