Andy, the hero I didn't know I needed until he showed up! Had a headlight go out, and of course Ford made it darn near impossible to get to. In enters Andy! Where my fumbling fat digits could not navigate, Andy swooped in and saved the day! Helping me to replace the headlight so I could get back on the road, Ubering for our community! Thank you Andy! I hope O'Reilly gives you the raise you definitely deserve!
Austin was super helpful! He found the correct part for my vehicle and grabbed it for me. The last person gave the wrong bulbs so I had to do an exchange. If you come here, Austin takes good care of customers!
Don’t come here if you’re looking for heavier parts than car parts. Most other Oriellys will look up the part because they sell them at other stores. Manager was too busy being a hair brain.

The sales associate or rep what are they called was very knowledgeable and very polite and helpful my only complaint is that kind of wish they would have given me a bag to put my two items in because I walked with a mobility device and have it if it would have been in a bag with the receipts I managed maybe they don't offer them because it's an auto parts store I don't know but other than that the service was great
A good place to get auto battery replaced, always have different quality batteries to chose from especially for my very old car, I don't need something that last 5 years. I go during slow times usually late in evening when it's not busy so they are attentive and fast.
