Three times I’ve come as it’s convenient while shopping. Three times I’ve been disappointed. The service is horrendous. The cafe has approximately 8 tables and my wife and I were passed multiple times. First and only time we saw our server was to grab our ticket. A food runner ran our plates and we never got water or greeted. Absolutely terrible service. I’d rather deal with the food court…
Salvador Ornelas service last Friday November 25 at the cafe was fenomenal, what a wonderful experience we had with his service first time at the cafe and was blown away by his expectantly pleasant personality.we will be back very soon and by the way the food was awsome as well.
I love eating at the Nordstrom cafe.I love eating the tomato basil soup with the biscuit and toast.
Such a nicely pleasant place to have lunch. And the food is delicious too!
