Luz Gamez was my sales associate! I am located in Orlando Fl, i was very skeptical about a large purchase like this from our of state. My credit needed work but they found a way to get me approved. Both Luz and her manager were very helpful in making me feel secure about my purchase. The car was shipped to me, and i took possession of it yesterday. If you are looking for your dream car, i would recommend Luz, and Dream Car Garage.
We were in the market for a Lexus GX470 and happened to come across Dream Garage in Scottsdale, AZ. Joseph was the person who responded to my initial email, and he was very easy to work with throughout the process. He was professional, responsive, and ultimately helped us work out a deal that allowed us to get into a 2009 Lexus GX470. The experience was straightforward and pleasant from start to finish. I would definitely recommend working with Joseph and the team at Dream Garage if you're looking for a quality vehicle and a smooth buying experience.

Joseph and the whole crew at Dream Garage were very professional and experienced. They made my buying experience easy. For someone that was skeptical about purchasing online they put me at ease. Overall experience I'll recommend these guys a 100%. Thanks for the experience, and my granddaughter should be reaching out.

Thank you so much for trusting Dream Garage. We appreciate you and your family
Took advantage or a disabled person, rub when trying to talk to someone, refuse to give me the title for the car, didn't notice it until the drive away but like 4 cracks in the windshield and the next day a bunch of check engine lights popped on. And it's my fault so getting a used car. But from a dealer....and they lied and said I had a warranty but I dont. Buyers beware big time

Justin At the time of sale, we discussed the complexities associated with high-mileage vehicles from this brand and the ongoing investment required to maintain them. Prior to your purchase, we spent over $2,000 on reconditioning for this vehicle. However, as explained previously, it is not feasible to bring a vehicle in this price range to brand-new condition, as the cost of such extensive repairs would exceed the vehicle's market value.<br>During our initial consultation, I suggested a Toyota or Honda if you were looking for a vehicle with fewer maintenance requirements, but you chose to proceed with the BMW. While we have done our best to assist you over the past several months, we have reached the limit of the goodwill assistance we can provide for this vehicle.
Joseph was the best
I found the people to be friendly and knowledgeable. It was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had.

I was genuinely interested in a 2015 rebuilt Jaguar they have listed for $22k. When you’re looking at a rebuilt title vehicle, asking detailed questions about pricing and repair history is completely reasonable. Instead of getting clear answers, I got attitude. The sales rep quickly became defensive and sarcastic mentioning he’s been “riding this wave for 15 years” and even saying he was thinking about increasing the price. That’s not the kind of response you expect when you’re just asking for justification on a rebuilt car. I would have happily continued the conversation if they had provided receipts for the repair work, documentation showing what was actually done, and a breakdown explaining how they arrived at the price. That’s standard when selling a rebuilt vehicle at that number. Transparency builds trust sarcasm doesn’t. Also worth noting: there’s a $699 dealer administrative fee added on top of the advertised price that isn’t included in the listing. Also worth noting: there’s a $699 dealer administrative fee added on top of the advertised price that isn’t included in the listing. To put that into perspective, imagine paying your CPA $700 to file your taxes — except instead of helping you save money (or maximize a return), you’re just paying them for the privilege of handing over more of your own money. That’s essentially what this fee feels like. In my opinion, the interaction felt more like pressure and ego than honest car sales. Buyers should do their homework, ask for documentation, and be careful not to get caught up in the “wave.” especially if you are not confrontational enough to put your foot down
Positive smooth, easy experience purchasing my car at dream garage… Joseph and all the fellas were great would recommend!!

Thank you for your positive words.Welcome to Dream Garage's family
They seemed friendly bought a car the engine came on a few days later so made arrangements to bring it back to check it out. They said possibility an 02 sensor. The finance guy told me the would not repair it . I asked to see the owner and she completely ignored me. Don't tell me that's the first time the engine light came on. Very disappointed in them
