Location in google maps is wrong! They advertise their presence all over the mall, maybe they should tell people where they are in the mall?
Had a very good experience with Lenzie. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and kind personality. He was able to help me out very quickly. Atmospheres was 10/10 would recommend.

This is one of my favorite places in the valley where you can relax, drink coffee all while in a wonderful atmosphere. Excellent Peet's Coffee with modern seating areas and tables. I would love to see more Cafés throughout Arizona!
I am so sad that they are temporary close due to COVID-19. I would say they are by far the best coffee shop in Phoenix. So taste and everyone I bring to this coffee shop loved their coffee!!! I hope they come back as soon as possible.
As a Capital One customer, this was my very first time coming into the Capital One Café to utilize their ATMs on 12/6. The ATM towards the outside entrance was being utilized and I had asked one of the employees if they had another ATM that I could use. The employee walked me to the ATM inside and he stood and hovered over me. The employee was so close that he could see/read all of the ATM prompts. Which made me feel very uncomfortable that an employee would stand that close to me while I was using the ATM putting in my personal information. I was very weirded out with the hovering that I had to ask the employee “Is there a reason you’re hovering over me?” to which he replied no I’m just here if you need help. Clearly, I did not need any help, I knew exactly how to work an ATM machine. After that interaction, I’m not sure if I will revisit the Capital One Café, it made me feel very uncomfortable and also made me feel as if I was being judged upon entry that the employee felt the need to “watch” me.
We came here to open a savings account on a Sunday afternoon (perfect day). Shay was amazing, great help!!! And we had some good coffees too.
I cannot express enough gratitude for Christian at Capital One Café! I was dealing with a very frustrating issue on our brand-new credit card, and Christian went above and beyond to help. He was incredibly patient, determined, and thorough in resolving the problem to the best of his ability. His professionalism and friendly demeanor turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Thank you, Christian, for your exceptional customer service! Highly recommend visiting this location if you need help.
Lisa was super helpful and fixed our login problem in under 2 minutes. The customer service and atmosphere was extremely positive.

Great work space and ambience, but the coffee and food is very poor and costly, if you don’t have capital one card I wouldn’t bother getting coffee. Service is also very mediocre.
