The install was great, the rest is a scam they promote up to 250$ rebate and then screw you in the end, I was told that I would of only qualified for a 50$ rebate after the windshield was installed but because the windshield had ceramic tint on it that my rebate went to that so i got nothing. all in all dont use them they promote a big rebate but its a scam.

not only was this team incredibly professional and kind, but they were extremely efficient as well! within the hour of my insurance request being approved, they had someone out to my car, who replaced my windshield in time for me to get to work! thank you so much Jen, Jennifer, and James!

I had a amazing first experience with Camelback Auto Glass. The guys that came out worked fast and had outstanding customer service. I will definitely be using y'all in the future, and recommend them to anyone who needs a replacement or repair.The only question I have is about the rebate check. It's been 3 weeks since I had my windshield replaced and I was told 5 to 10 business days and I can't get ahold of anyone in the office. If possible please let me know what's going on I would highly appreciate it. Thank you for your time, Jamie iacovelli

Technician’s did not speak English, which made it extremely difficult to provide directions. Once the technician finally arrived they were very unprofessional, eating a burrito while looking around my hood for scratches. No incentive offered as advertised. Windshield cracked 4 days after replacement, poor quality. Overall very sketchy.

Amy in office and IVIS, tech, got our windshield replaced within 8 hours of my call. Both were professional, friendly, and helpful. A+++ Great value too.
