Called to inquire if this location did electrolysis in the genital area, as it’s requirement for a surgery I’m having and if they accept my insurance. The person on the phone was incredibly rude. He was being very flippant and dismissive of my questions and kept telling me I “need to get my face done”. I tried to redirect the conversation back to what I was actually calling about several times and he kept going back to facial electrolysis. He didn’t bother to find out I completed laser hair removal on my face well over a year ago. I’ll be finding somewhere else to do this very sensitive and important procedure.
