Our products are plant based, vegan, paleo & low glycemic. Products are diabetic, keto and raw friendly. The majority of our products use 3 to 5 ingredients and are organic. Our products are considerate of those with special nutritional needs, while satisfying those with the most discerning palate regardless of their nutritional needs. We suggest you call before dropping in. We are a working kitchen and want to make sure we are available to serve you. Monday we can take appointments with advance notice. Weekends we are at Farmers Markets or other events.
