went in for tint on my wife’s car. we waited for 5 hours and noticed a scratch on the front windshield film when we got the car back. we came back to have it fixed and waited another 3 hours. the manager explained to us that they were having issues with the film and offered us free tint on a separate vehicle and told us to come back whenever we can and they’ll get the windshield done right. we were a bit discouraged but we’re glad they were trying to do the right thing. well the next day or so we noticed some severe scratches on the “film” and upon further investigation figured out that it was not the film but it was the actual glass on the windshield. this wasn’t just some small scratch either, it was a massive 12 inch long deep scratch across the glass. not only that, but almost the entire edge of the outside glass had very deep scratching from where the film was laid and then cut. i called the manager and explained the situation. we were able to get a refund for the service but they refused to do anything about the damage to our car because “the windshield is potentially 14 years old and had a chip repair done on it prior to service.” on top of all of this, i rolled the drivers window down and half of the tint came off…this is almost two weeks now since we had it put on. i was glad to see them try to make everything right at first but now they’re trying to wipe their hands clean of the windshield damage and don’t want to do anything about it.

got my camaro tinted here and they did a wonderful job!! workers have a wonderful personality and they got it done very quick!
